The location of the cottage was fantastic, with shops, beautiful scenery, and places to eat all within a short walk down the road. The large garden was a bonus, perfect for our two dogs to run around and it felt safe for them as well. the host was really helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours earlier than planned, which was a great help for us.
There were a few things that could have been better. the cottage could do with some updating and repairs, as we found that the toaster didn't work and the bathroom was in need of modernization.
